Neil is a C-level IT and business solutions director who has worked in the financial services industry for more than 20 years. During CTO and director level roles across the globe for organisations including General Motors, Merrill Lynch, Bankers’ Trust and Norwich Union Neil has developed and overseen the strategic direction, development and infrastructure and initiated core business technology initiatives. As General Manager, CTO for ING Bank Neil managed significant, global budgets and was responsible for the Group’s IT strategic direction and outsourcing operations in Europe. He renegotiated and reconstructed global contracts and developed multi-vendor strategies for new world from old world transformation. As a member of ING’s diversity, graduate training and HR councils along with the Group’s CEO, his expertise makes him a sought after keynote speaker at numerous events throughout industry and has written articles on the subject for leading journals.

Dr JAY CHAUDHURI
Chief Operations Officer
Jay Chaudhuri has more than 25 years experience undertaking commercially focused engagements encompassing change management and helping blue-chip organisations leverage technological and business advantage in competitive, cost-conscious markets.

As Transformation Programme Director for ING Bank in the Netherlands and Belgium, Jay was responsible for a portfolio of technology transformation programmes involving improvement of business continuity and disaster recovery, stability of data centres, improving compliance and security controls, reduction of legacy technology and systems and establishment of PMO disciplines. As the director of the Development Factory for the International Division of GMAC, she was responsible for developing systems and processes to support global businesses.

Jay has been involved in directing large programmes and consulted in change management, programme and project management practices and sourcing and offshoring for clients including ING, GMAC, Marsh and McLennan, Prudential, NPI and Royal Insurance.

The programmes covered retail, wholesale and insurance sectors and often involved a team size of over 500 members and involved vendors like IBM, Accenture, HP, Wipro, Cognizant, Cap Gemini and others.
